Payments, refunds & Data protection
Payments
Clients may be offered the option to pay by secure credit/debit card via Stripe (Stripe Inc.), or by direct bank transfer, depending on the project and agreement terms. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, and no banking information is stored on our servers.
Charges made via Stripe will appear on your bank statement under the name MORANA CONSEILS. This payment label is used for bespoke pool design and consulting services provided by Horizon Blueprint Ltd under the brand Morana Water Design.
Refunds and Disputes
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute or billing enquiry, clients are encouraged to contact us directly so that the matter may be investigated and resolved promptly.
Data Protection
When a client chooses to pay via Stripe, limited personal data — such as name, email address and billing details — may be securely shared with Stripe (Stripe Inc.) for the sole purpose of processing the transaction. Horizon Blueprint Ltd does not access or store any card or bank account information. Payments made by bank transfer are processed directly by the client and do not involve any third-party payment processor.
