International expert guidance for high-value overflow pool projects

High-value infinity pool projects leave little room for error. When local experience is limited or equipment sourcing is a challenge, having the right expert available makes the difference between a pool that performs and one that disappoints.

When expert guidance changes everything

A high-value infinity pool project involves decisions that cannot be undone once the concrete is poured. Even with precise technical drawings, the quality of the final result depends on how accurately they are interpreted and executed on site.

When a construction team is competent but unfamiliar with overflow systems, a single intervention at the right moment — remote or on-site — can prevent costly corrections later.

A recent example: our involvement in this infinity edge pool project in Catalonia, Spain.

Equipment specification & Bill of quantities

For projects in regions where pool equipment is difficult to source locally — whether due to import duties, limited distributor networks or delivery challenges — we produce a detailed bill of quantities tailored to your project. Each component is specified with its technical characteristics and exact quantities.

We then submit the complete specification directly to one of the world’s leading pool equipment suppliers, capable of delivering anywhere in the world. You place the order independently — a single, correctly specified purchase that eliminates the risk of missing components, incompatible parts or construction delays caused by supply issues.

This service is available independently, without any other form of support.

Remote construction support

Building an infinity pool with a contractor who has no prior experience of overflow systems requires careful oversight — and that is exactly what we provide. Throughout the construction process, we remain available to you — by phone, video calls or written exchanges — to answer technical questions as they arise, review work in progress, and flag any issues before they become costly to correct.

This service can be engaged at any stage of the project — from the first groundworks to the final commissioning — and can be combined with the bill of quantities or the on-site visit service.

On-site visits & Site supervision

Some decisions simply cannot be made remotely. The precise levelling of the overflow edge, the final calibration of the hydraulic system, the commissioning and first fill — these are the moments where physical presence makes the difference.

Our involvement on site is tailored to the needs of each project. For some clients, targeted visits at the critical milestones are sufficient. For others — particularly when the construction team has limited experience, when no one is available to supervise the work on the owner’s behalf, or when the sums invested justify closer oversight — we take on a more continuous role throughout the build.

In all cases, our presence on site ensures that the technical intent of the drawings is correctly translated into the finished pool.

A project worth doing is worth doing right.

Whatever the scale of your project — a private residence, a boutique hotel or a large development — the investment in getting the details right is always smaller than the cost of correcting them afterwards.
